Adam is a PhD student in Community Health Sciences who also studies digital storytelling at the UCLA School of Film and Television. For his dissertation, he plans to create a compelling social media campaign to improve sexual health communication and prevent STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections) among adolescents and young adults. Using sexual scripts and transmedia storytelling, he is convinced public health professionals can engage and interact with targeted audience where they spend most of their time:
